He has a face you know you have seen before. Maybe in an International Male or Undergear Catalog, maybe on America’s Next Top Model, or maybe it was on The Dish in a spoof on Halloween costumes. Maybe you recognize him as the priest on Britney Spears’ controversial Blackout album and the interview with OK Magazine that followed, or you might have noticed him in an ad for 7 Diamonds, Mod-o-Doc, Murano, Hardtailforever, Paige Premium Denim or Fiji Blend. Well wherever you have seen him, you remember his stunning good looks and exceptional physique. John has enjoyed a very successful modeling career, which began when he won a teen modeling contest in Tucson, Arizona at age 17. He is also an actor and hopes to pursue a television or film career. I for one, think he would make a terrific leading man.
John has many fans, though many of them may not know that what he actually studied in college for was Fine Art. In addition to his other talents he is a truly gifted artist. He painted an artistic interpretation inspired by the hit musical Wicked. It was originally painted for one of the stars in the Broadway cast and is now available to the entire cast and Wicked fans around the world. It is produced in strictly limited editions. You can see it below. Each piece is a museum quality 11x14 " giclee and is hand numbered and signed by him.

As you may well have noticed, Fitness is “in”. It’s not so much about how big a guy can get or how skinny a girl can get. The focus these days is how fit and healthy you can look and feel. Muscle tone and skin radiance show the world how we feel. It’s attainable at any age; it just takes discipline and dedication. And if we’re not going to foster these things for ourselves, who would we do them for?
One thing I’ve heard a LOT about is “Eating Clean”. What is that anyway?! Well it means you’re basically omitting different ingredients or foods from your diet. You want to eat whole foods, natural foods. Things that aren’t helping your body be the best it can be for one reason or another. Some examples of things that will hold you back are:
- Refined sugar
- Hydrogenated & Trans Fat
- Preservatives
- White Bread

If you have ever tuned into the Travel Channels popular and intriguing show, Man VS Food, of you are a Washingtonian you should be proudly aware that he and his camera crew have traveled to the one and only, Seattle Washington! Adam Richman, the man who picks battles with well known dishes all over the country, graced that great State with his eating talent skills at a few popular, and some obscure restaurants in 2009. Choosing to try his consuming skills at, Red Mill Burgers, Crab Pot, and Beth's Cafe showed the world that he was not ready for the west coast style of eating. Tackling some of the best burgers and onion rings, an endless amount of fresh seafood, and a twelve egg omelet whipped up at Beth's Cafe seemed to prove that when it comes to Man VS Washington's great eateries, the eateries are the winners!
